Streaks on black only

I have an issue with streaking on black only, the color blocks print fine. I've changed the drum and it's not that, I figure it can't be the transfer belt or the fuser, as colors are fine, I've put in a new genuine Xerox black toner, the developer is not overdue, and the 2nd btr looks fine, I gave it a clean. Anyone got an idea for the most likely culprit? It's a Fuji Xerox SC2020.

You changed the drum... oem new?
did you clean the laser glass?

if yes...
