    Replaced battery Nuvera 288

Good day! How to change the battery 207E22200 (M4T28-BR12SH1) in the board 960k73400 NVM?
Replacing with the device turned off, and replacing the battery for 30 seconds does not help. The machine is loading, the window is in configuration mode. In diagnostic mode is not included.

Error 03-3970 low battery. Bought 207E2220 (M4T28-BR12SH1), Removed NVM, And within 30 seconds I replaced the battery. The machine is in the configuration status, FreeFlow is loaded without the machine configuration, it does not allow to enter the service menu. Only the replacement of the board helps. This is not the first time. The question is, maybe someone has changed the battery on this machine without changing the board.
Im sorry for the translation, I and Russia. I translate google translator.

Do not replace the System Interface PWB battery for PEM-03-3970 faults. This fault is caused by the NVM Software Module on the Main Controller PWB.

Reseat the Software/NVM module on the Main Controller PWB by pulling it all the way out and plugging it back in

Enter Diagnostics. Perform the NVM Restore From File for the Print Engine to the last known good values prior to the occurrence of this fault

          Thank you!
Reseat the NVM module - did not help.
battery voltage below normal - 2,2V.
Replacing the module with a new one helped.
