jamming with error code 077-115

    [Jamming] jamming with error code 077-115

    Hi i have a xerox 700 jamming just half way from the machine into the finisher with error 077-115
    when photocoping the copy is coming out okey but when i command a print job it ll jam half way into the finisher what could be the problem

      This is associated with the CIS, its located under the metal bracket on the pre-registration assembly, just before the 2nd BTR. Remove the bracket and make sure the connector is secure and not broken. Also preform the CIS set-up cycle in Diagnostics > MAX SET-UP and see if it gives you an "OK" or a "NG".

          now what could be the problem printing 2 to 2 is okey but one sided is jamming both face up and face down

            Assuming you did the procedure correctly, I would replace the CIS.
