    J75 PWB PD FUSE

    Hello All,

Xerox J75 has 041-326 error, which is blown fuse on PWB - PD. I checked the PWB and found Fuse F3 is open (blown).
Are these fuses spared or do I have to replace the whole PWB? See attached Images.

      Hello,

Just finding out if you found a resolution for error 041-326. We've had the same error for months with our xerox 700 and still trying
to work out the cause. We've replaced the blown F3 fuse and replaced the PRE_REGI_MOT thinking that was the
cause but the f3 fuse blew up again. We don't know what to do now. The last option is to replace the MCU PWB board but before
we do that, we want to find out if anyone similar issue has managed to fix the problem and how they did it.

      Thanks
      J

Since you replaced the fuse, have you tried turning on the motor in diagnostics to see if it is coming on?

Thanks for your response Wilson! The fuse blew when we turned the machine on and the error code came back so we have to replace the fuse again.

Then I would unplug the pre-registration motor after you replace the fuse again and before you turn the machine back on

I did that before and the error code didn't show up, that's when I thought the pre-registration motor had to be replaced.
So I replaced the pre-registration motor with a new one and plug it back in after replacing the fuse and the error came back again (Blown fuse).
Now I'm not sure what to do...
