Came up with a Error MSOK Missing Message
Any ideas on what this message means. I dont mess with these machines to often

Corrupt MSOK or bad connection.
MSOK is basically the configuration card (plugs into either the IP board or the MCU board, can't remember which) but it is not spared unless you go through a long winded parts escalation process with Xerox.
You can try unplugging / replugging the MSOK, if that fails could try replacing either the IP board or MCU board (whichever it plugs into) but if that doesn't work it's time to scrap the machine.
