Try to reset NVM loc 741-132 to 0.

yeah we got it sorted thanks
cleaned them and had to reset the NVM again error is now gone

I just checked, its listed in there. Follow the directions and you should be golden. Just remember to clean both sensor,.

i find that hard to believe... one thing Xerox was anal about.. was including those type procedures in the SM

NVM reset for Fault 042-326 is 741-132
Fault 042-327 has no NVM reset its a non damaging Fault.

Wait that's you. I looked at that video (have looked at it in the past too) but last night i looked at it before I adjusted the belt to make sure that it was done properly then I placed it back in, but I didn't know had to again reset the NVM
Thanks bro video worked to make sure wasn't touching the sensor etc.

Now if you can assist with the jamming I'm having in the duplex unit lol

Thanks reset the NVM again after making sure the belt was in there properly and the error went away, didn't know had to reset the the NVM again after the change.

I'll take a look again. I'm wondering if the issue might be the belt not being set properly on the unit.

Also after use does it ever shift slightly? Cause I'm wondering what happened to the old one.

C75 do not have same NVM for belt home reset.

Thanks no luck
We replaced the belt cleaned the entire IBT unit still no luck
The system still has the error and you don't get the error you'll get if the unit starts with the door open
so it's like it isn't even booting up properly
the copy print option is unavailable though.
