Hi.
The fiery has 2 network ports, one is for the local network and the other is for the scanner. Check that the network cable coming from the port "Scanner" of the fiery is connected to the network port of the printer, the cable that is occupied is cross network.

I've got a Docucolor 250 with similar issue, been working fine and now the 'Network Scanning' is greyed out? Rebooted several times, checked cables, but still doesn't come up, now not able to print to it or connect the CWS. No idea if I've got any Fiery software or what to do with it if I can find any? Desperate for solution to get it talking to the network and printing again. Anyone got a solution?
