        Holding Energy Saver and Start buttons togheter while powering on the machine.
        Watch for error code will appear.
        Probably you will need to reload machine software.

          I do not see any reason to explain end user how to fix machine.
          I will try to help to any tech but this guy is not a tech.

            you are going to need to reload firmware via ALTBOOT..

            you need to hire a tech.

            an end user can brick a machine quick as hell if they do not follow proper procedure

              Thanks everyone for help.

              When i hold energy saver and start together
              error code that appear is 116-317

              Where can i get software to reload in machine.

              I will get help from my friend who have experience but dont have a software.

              I live in small city and none tech expert in that city so i need to figure out how to solve this problem

                    Old configuration report, machine service logbook. machine papers, ask your tech friend to help you to find machine sw. version.

                      I solve problem.

                      I download software from XEROX official site latest software release put on USB in dwld folder and folowing procedure HOLD ENERGY SAVER BUTTON & POWER UP MACHINE.

                      After processing everything works.

                          I realise this is an old post, but hopefully someone will be able to tell me how this is done? What is the name / names of files which must be downloaded, and the procedure for implementing it all?
