Hi. I have a user with the error 065-225.
I get this error when scanning / copying double sided only, before it starts to feed the original. Single sided is ok, so I think it may be the scanner in the ADF.
I've just taken a call from another customer with exactly the same fault so I'm thinking this may be a common problem with this model.
I can't find anything on the Xerox knowledge base.
Any pointers please before I start ordering scanners or pcbs?
