WC 7220 admin password

Hi

I need reset admin password for 7220 and what I remember some kind of data is needed (meter reading, SN ...) to do this.
Can anyone from this forum help me reset this password please. I am located in UK.

in the diagnostic you can do that
press 0 button for 10 seconds then green start button
