    [Error Code] docucolor 240 error 016-781

    Hello everyone, when I do the scans, I get this error. 016.-781. How can I solve the problem? my parameters are:
    ethernet settings - auto
    TCP - manual
    TCP IP address - 192.168.1.9
    TCP subnet mask - 255.255.255.0
    gateway - 192.168.1.1
    frame - auto

      scan to WHAT?
      email?
      Folder?
      usb?

      if to email... are you using SMB1?
      what type of network?

      really didn't give the info needed to help you

          when I scan a document from both the daft and the flat side of my docucolor 240 scanner, it gives me that error. my network is only between computer and fiery. scans open with remote scan.
