    Fiery reset

I purchased a Xerox Docucolor 252 with a Fiery server I am unable to get it working properly I am running windows 7 pro fiery command workstation5. Theses are the problems I am having any help would be welcomed first. when printing a job if the job is more than 400 mb it takes at least 20 min to print, next I can not edit anything in the command center when I attempt to edit anything it say I don't have the right flash loaded but I am running the latest flash.

depends on what your application your printing from, if your print 400 mb from illustrator with 20 layers it's not the same as 400 mb from acrobat, in command workstation is the file name in red or black? I think double clicking on the file name or right clicking for any detail should give you more info. Sorry I haven't worked on a fiery for about 5 years. If you still can't find a solution then your only thing left is a system reload.
Get your facts first, and then you can distort them as much as you please.
