Xerox 7435 can not detect size of paper

Dear All,
I have had the problem of Xerox 7435 about after put trayof paper into the machine, It cannot detect the size of paper or found wrong size of paper. Anybody can help me about this issue.

get a service manual

sounds like a tray sensor is whacked/broken.

print out config page and post it here.
