I find it slightly entertaining that people think that everything has a NVM reset.

41-346-IOT Driver Fuse Fail

It could be so many different things. IOT PWB or the LVPS.

See what happens when you power on with the front door open.

094-321 1ST BTR Contact Fail

The 1ST BTR Cont/Ret Sensor has not detected Contact(H) the specified time (2400ms) after the start of the operation of contacting the 1ST BTR.

Initial-action

• Check the Fail History for 041-346(IOT F3 Fuse Fail). If it is listed, go to 041-346 FIP.

Procedure

Enter DC330[094-001](Contact).
Press Start. Is the motor heard operating?
Yes No
Remove the IBT Belt Assy. (REP 6.3.1) Remove the IBT Belt. Rotate the gear of the 1st BTR Retract Motor by hand. Is there any load?

Yes No
Measure the motor winding resistance between 1st BTR Retract Motor P252-pin 5 and pin 1/2/3/4.
Is approx. 5 ohms measured across each line?
Yes No
Replace the 1st BTR Retract Motor (PL 6.4).

Check the following for conductivity. If no problem is found, replace the IOT PWB (PL 18.1).

If the problem is not resolved, replace the MCU PWB (PL 18.1).

Remove any mechanical load hindering the operation of contacting/retracting the 1st BTR.

Press Stop. Remove the IBT Belt Assy. (REP 6.3.1) Remove the IBT Belt. Check the following:
• 1st BTR Contact/Retract Sensor for improper installation.
• The Actuator for damage
• Connectors J157, P/J603B and P/J601B for a poor connection.
• Check for a short between 1st BTR Contact/Retract Sensor J157-2 and MCU PWB J409-A5.

Bsd-on:CH1.12

IOT F3 Fuse is blown out.

Procedure

Seeing Wire Network 7.2.1.28, check the +24VDC lines to the following parts for a short:

Is each line properly conductive and free from any short?
Yes No
Check if any part of each harness is caught. Repair the short.

Seeing the BSD, check the resistance values of the following parts:
• 1ST BTR Retract Motor (approx. 4.4 ohms)
• 2ND BTR Motor (approx. 4.1 ohms)
• BCR CC Cleaner Motor (approx. 22 ohms)
• IBT Steering Motor (approx. 60 ohms)
• 2ND BTR Retract Clutch (approx. 155 ohms)
• DEVE Clutch K (approx. 113 ohms)

Is each resistance value proper?

Yes No
Replace any part whose resistance value is not proper.

Replace the following parts in order:
