    Xerox Color 570 Please Reboot 116-334

    Looking for some help with a Xerox Color 570. As soon as you turn it on it says "Please Reboot 116-334" Rebooted multiple times and it didn't change. Thanks.

    Try to format the HDD power off press and hold 4, power-saver and stop, then turn on. Keep it held until It gets to the splash screen..

    If that fails:

    ESS NVM Board is bad or the battery is dead.

      Thanks. We tried to format the hard drive still the same error. We also checked the battery that was good. We ordered a new NVRAM board to try.

        After we physically replace the NVM board is there anything else to do to set it up, reprogram it or anything?
