Not sure what code other than what customer told me; LSU error. I've only serviced this Copier once when the adf had a piece of paper stuck. I have not been out to copier yet. Looked at a couple of videos which were not helpful on how to remove the LSU. Doesn't look like something I want to do . What I'm wondering about is that the code seems (according to customer) to happen when printing & not copying. Was hoping for info to study before going out if I decide to. Hesitant to charge if I can't repair or if I have to warranty my work. Thanks!!!
