Xerox 7232 does not make color copy

[Misc] Xerox 7232 does not make color copy

Xerox 7232 it make only black copy while the machine is colored and status of colored (cym) is ok no any error appear
any one know this?

is the unit blocked out of color operation for copies?

does it PRINT in color?

what about status pages?

you really give us NOTHING to go on.
