guys i have this problem that i get this error 062-328 on the xerox 550 color and the copy mode is off so if anyone have a clue pls let me know

No such error code in service manual neither in bulletins.
Are you sure about the code displayed ?
May be it's 42-328 ?

yes am certain it display it and tell me to see the guide which the guide send me to the service documentation

062's are errors in the scanner area. Check all connections and reset the NVM, and or reload software if nothing else makes sense

i did reset the nvms but it didnt resolve it but i managed to do some tests on the scanner and i got this message 062-371 and when i do the color calibration the lamp does blink
