hi everyone.my xerox dcc iv 5570 got marking at right hand side.i change developer tank and drum but conditon still same.thank you very much. I appreciate your reply

could you provide a sample picture.

plus try checking the IBT and double check again your deve housing

yes.print and copy also got marking.developer unit i exchange other machine but conditon same.

IBT...try cleaning the blade.... plus double check the deve housing make sure its properly inserted and positioned

i have seen a lot of this happen... worst case you will be replacing developer beads (if its empty or almost shot) , drum and IBT assy....

but first check the IBT cleaner as it is common to kisyu model that the cleaner get shot pre maturely...plus to be on the safe make a single color copy just to make sure drum are ok.
