I have a Versalink C7020 at a customers that has only done around 4600 colour and 2100 b&w,
that says the yellow toner needs replacing for the second time since installing 8 weeks ago.
The first time the message came on we sent a new cartridge up and machine has been working fine,
the lady in there office kept the old one like i asked and when i popped in the cartridge was nearly full.
She has just called us again to say it has run out of yellow toner again (and machine has stopped) i asked her to pull it out and reinstall,
which she has done, again she said the bottle is full.
Any ideas on this, ive had a look through Searchlite but found nothing of help
