As Phil B already told you a lot depends on the tech doing the repair.
By the error code you provide your problem is in the printhead tilt system. Which means the following have to be checked.
DM camshaft (Timing as well as damage)
Print Head tilt gear train (at end on DM camshaft)
Compound head tilt gear (Cracked or broken)
Printhead tilt solenoid
Does the tilt mechanism rotate smoothly when using a screwdriver inserted in the slot of the DM camshaft (rotate slowly)
and rotated clockwise. (Any binds or pops) are all cam lobes lightly greased?
When the printhead is centered on the machine can you move it from front to back with no binds?
If you don't pin the gearbox while reinstalling it you can be a tooth off either direction. (DM Camshaft Gear)
I have had DM Camshaft gears work at 5:30 sometimes 6:30 (6 is the norm for the hole alignment) is the DM Camshaft the new style (double cams) cracked cam could also cause this error.
Is the printhead tilt solenoid the new style?
These are the most common problems I have come across.
