Creo CX260

hello,Happy New Year to you all, am having issues here with a Creo CX260 , it receives and processes all the Jobs you send to the printer but the jobs don't print at all, at the spire window , you just see the print option counting down but nothing like the printer initializing at all , i really have no idea for what happened to this creo.
