C2265 V wearing out black developer

    Hi,

I have problematic machine where the black developer is depleted we have replaced 2 developers (housing & powder), but after 2 weeks customer calls saying blank prints.

Has anyone come across a fix for this?

using OEM Genuine Xerox Toner/Dev powder?

    was it all spilled inside?

    pages counts on PM parts?

did you run calibration on the parts after replacement?

    printed pages feel gritty?

you really didn't give us squat to go on.

using OEM Genuine Xerox Toner/Dev powder? yes OEM on both.

was it all spilled inside? No, clean inside device.

pages counts on PM parts? they are all below 50% life used.

did you run calibration on the parts after replacement? Yes.

printed pages feel gritty? yes it does when there is a little trace of black on the output prints.

          Seito family's annoying problem....could be 3 components.

          1. IBT's hvps.
          2. Developer housing out of position.
          3. HVPS pwb (left side when you take out the cover).

hope this can be of any help mate cheers...
