Afraid I don't have that for you, but just to make sure you're aware... On the "bustled" Fiery's, that is the last thing you will see if you've hooked up a monitor to it. That's normal. Once it displays the "Loading the kernel..." message (or whatever the exact wording is, I can't remember) it doesn't output anything to the video any more after that, even if it is operating perfectly. They're not meant to have monitors attached, so only the pre-boot stages display anything at all.

So if you're testing a Fiery without it connected to a print engine and you're seeing it stop there and assuming something is wrong, it isn't. That's normal.

If you are hooked up to a print engine and it isn't working, well, you certainly have a problem. But the fact that it is stopping at the "Loading the kernel..." doesn't mean it is freezing or crashing at that step, since that is what it does regardless. It may be fully loading the system software just fine, and something ELSE, a configuration error or a different kind of corruption, is the root problem.

But you are correct, that if your Fiery software is corrupted, reinstalling the system software (or swapping in a drive with a good install on it, which works for most BUT NOT ALL Fiery's) will take care of it.

    Best of luck!
