Under drums R1-R4 there is cleaning shaft. Use this shaft to clean all four LEDs
If this wont help, you need to replace black dev housing. From this scan, I do not thing, that something is wrong with drum R1.

The line looks too thin to be dusting on the LED printhead. Enter diagnostics and print solid test patterns in each color to determine what one is the cause. You probably have a chunk of hard toner stuck between the mag roller and the limiting blade inside one of the developer housings. Looking at the mag roller, you'll see a small strip that is missing developer on the roller of the problem housing. Before replacing the housing, you may have luck cleaning it. Take a thick piece of paper or thin piece of plastic and pass it between the mag roller and the housing above it to knock the chunk loose, then turn the mag roller by hand to see if the problem goes away.
