Xerox Workcentre 7556 Crazy weird random smudges

Hi,

I've been having weird smudges when printing, sometimes it disappears. Most of the time it shows, tech supports couldn't figure out what the problem is so I was hoping to get some answers in this forum. Most of the time it was the Magenta, but as you can see in the other photo, this includes the Yellow and Cyan. Hope to here from you guys, TIA!

what are the page counts on: ITB ..Drums..Dev units.. fuser?

are you feeding paper SEF or LEF?

it could be the ITB ..but I would look closer at drum/devs

Hi, thank you for the quick response, tech supports already checked that. This unit was overhauled (cleaned). This resolves the issue and printer worked properly again for about a week, then it came back.
I'm guessing that the toner is leaking somewhere inside the machine?

I'm using LEF, how can I check the count sir?

IBT belt cleaner must be changed, not only cleaned. Scan2
Scan1 - Magenta drum R3 is not ok, try to place it on location R2 or R4, but then the smudges must change colour.

The magenta marks going from front of the machine to the back looks to be a bad drum. The multi color stripes going in the paper path direction look to be a bad transfer belt cleaner.
