xerox 550 washed out

Working on this machine for washed out copys and prints . I noticed the image on the transfer belt is nice and bold(test print 12 ) which is leading me to a 2nd btr transfer issue .The second btr , drums , dv powder , cmy hvt board, transer belt assy and mcu board were replaced by other techs with no change . The weird thing is b/w looks great copys and test prints . C,m,y and fc black are washed out . I was thinking a 2nd btr hvt and maybe a nvm int next . What do you guys think !!!!!

is the 2nd btr roller flushed up against the itb, maybe 2nd btr motor, could also be the 1st btr, the nvm init could be done without the use of parts just clone and nvm backup first then the 2nd btr hvps.

Nvm IOT initialize fixed the problem
