XEROX J75 Press Error Code 024-923

Hi,

Our Xerox Color J75 Press showing error code 024-923, yellow toner empty but we just replaced with full toner. I just replaced with 50% yellow toner and it depleted within 3 minutes after 36 prints of SRA3. Please any ideas how to solve this.

Problem solved! Thanks to Kado for his private responses! You legend mate!!! Faulty dispenser unit...I replaced the toner dispenser unit with our xerox 700's toner dispenser unit and it work with no errors.
