    Problem with Xerox WC 7835

    Help with Xerox wc7835 as attached image the machine not fusing the lead of the printed image then the not fusing part make black line on the image and most image are okay can anyone help me please

    If customer is using OEM toner and drums, then Most likely out-of-spec media (ex: glossy paper). This type of application (x-ray prints) is best suited to dye-sublimation printers and not multi-function, toner-based devices.

        Thanks for your answers I think it is low quality toner
        It happens only black other single color is okay
        Also please tell me which models more suitable for printing such that iamges of x ray
