need help nvm, error code dc 242

i have a dc 242 that display error 093-317. this is the code for black toner, thought i had fixed problem when print screen came back on but today the same fault messg came back on. Dose anyone know the nvm to bypass this fault messg? or even a service manual for this model would be great as well. any help is appreciated.

what did you done to resolve problem?
only reset NVM or check black dispenser?

if everything is ok with dispenser, motor, then reset nvm 762-315 to 0

I just cleaned out the toner housing, slots hoping that the problem was only due to the the hard toner ink. Now im afraid that the disspenser would need to be replaced. I just wanted to bypass tht messg to finish up this job i was in the middle of. thanks for the suggestions.
