Xerox WC 5735 green screen

I have the manual.
The copier is turned on, fans are on, display comes on green with xerox logo and stay this way, display never advance past this stage,

Turning the switch off doesn't turn copier off, I need to unplug the cord.

OF2 touch screen failor rap recommend to replace the memory, there are two of them, which one?

Any idea?

it's a bad nvram battery did any power failure happened?

try checking the nvram battery first i have encountered that a lot in that model the fix is replace the nvm battery and reload the firmware or you can try to modify but you will still need firmware or copy the nvm values of same model, because it will start throwing fuser or drum incompatible.
