good night ... can someone help me !! I have a 288 giving error 10-2695 .... I looked in the manual and it asks to see the inverter ... I ended up exchanging the inverter with the A2 and the defect did not migrate .... (also asks to change the paper path) ..... after moving it a lot, now it leaves the sheet, goes into the inverter, gives the error 10-1310, but I realized that this error because after the paper arrives in the inverter, it goes back to the fuser. .... has anyone seen this? sera that and the paper path even !!! thanks
