[Error Code] Xerox C75 071-104, 106. 078-103,103, Etc

Machine keeps throwing pre registration sensor codes. Will only feed from large capacity feeder (tray6) and bypass tray (tray5) and won't duplex as they all jam in the same spot.Do I have to replace the the registration unit or can I just replace the sensor? Or is it possibly the motor? Any advice or info would be of great help

have you checked sensor operation in SM?

have you cleaned them?

are paper types/sizes/weight set properly?

is this a print or copy job?

what exactly have you done?

Print or copy it didn't make a difference, sensors are clean, paper sizes and all that are correct.
It was working fine then it just quit working all at once.

check the gear of the Pre-Registration Transport Drive Motor, on occasions it breaks and creates jams in the registry
