Hello all, new to the forum here. We have a 10 year old Xerox Nuvera 100EA. We just started getting Print Engine Module fault code: PEM-09-4320. We are trying to get a couple more months from this machine before we change locations and any help would be appreciated. Xerox EOL our maintenance contract in March.

IF you make a small ($5-10) CONTRIBUTION to CTN you will receive a CONTRIBUTOR badge and your profile, people with the manuals etc are more willing to help a Contributor to this site.
ALL contributions go solely for the site, no tech profits from any Contribution.
there are people here that will SELL you manuals/software... but again they charge and none of those funds go to the site.Last edited by Phil B.; 05-01-2020, 06:44 PM.Comment

Re: Xerox Nuvera 100EA Fault Code - PEM 094320
Thanks Phil, good suggestion. Just contributed. After searching past posts for a manual request for a Xerox Nuvera, I did find this one for a Xerox Nuvera 120 (very similar to the 100). It looks like it is only available as an electronic document for a PWS laptop.
One of the tech's at Xerox was able to tell me that fault code was referring to "PR Belt not properly tensioned". He couldn't give me any other details on adjusting it. I cleaned it the pitch xerographic belt with compressed air and a lint free cloth, but no luck.
So it looks like I will need to do some research on PWS laptops to get any further on this issue. Any suggestions for any other ideas, or obtaining a PWS laptop that will work with this Xerox Nuvera would be appreciated.Comment
