      It is a fuser problem. Check, lamp, thermistor, thermostat and free rotation of the rolls.

      Press an hold 0 key and turn on the copier.
      Enter 10 then START ( green ) button, enter 1 then START, enter 0 then START.
      Turn off the machine wait 10 seconds then turn on.
