Hey everyone! I need some help on a Xerox 5955. Customer says that when they get to work in the morning they turn on the copier and it'll print one thing and after that if they try to print something else, it doesn't print and doesn't even show up in print queue. So he has to power it off and then on for it to work. Said he is updated drivers swapped it around the other Xerox 5955. Also, the other Xerox 5955 doesn't do this and works perfectly. I haven't worked for Xerox for years so I can't get firmware or anything for this machine. Anybody have any ideas?
