    [Error Code] Error code: 010-378

    Hi All,

    I have been working on a DocuCentre IV 3370, and have been working on this error code, I have replaced fuser unit and checked connection then the other error pops up 124-313 data mismatch tried editing the machine/ billing Id but Serial # not correct once initialized the error code 010-378 appears again...

    Could someone please assist me...

    Might be problem with fuser drive motor. you can check the motor by component control.

      Replace IH Driver PWB = Number "4" in Diagram

        Hi,

        Kindly follow this RAP before change any parts:-

        010-378 Heat Belt Rotation Fail [IMG]file:///C:/Edoc/common_e/images/full_a.gif[/IMG] [IMG]file:///C:/Edoc/common_e/images/memo.gif[/IMG]


        Bsd-on:CH10.1

        [IMG]file:///C:/Edoc/common_e/images/description.jpg[/IMG] The output of the Fusing Unit Belt Rotation Sensor did not change within 500 ms after the Fusing Unit Drive Motor On.

        Initial-action

        Refer to the BSD and check the related connectors of the target electrical parts for partial connections.
        Cause/Action

        1. Turn the power OFF and ON.
        2. Turn OFF the power and check the Drawer Connector (DP/DJ600) between the Main Unit and the Fusing Unit Assembly for broken/bent pins, burn damage, and foreign substances.
        3. Check the connection between the Motor Driver Main PWB J431 and the Drawer Connector DJ600 for open circuit, short circuit, and poor contact.
        4. If no problem is found, replace the following parts in sequence:
