FOUND THIS IN DOCUMENTATION: NOT SURE WHERE THAT ALL LEADS YOU>

BSD On

BSD 1.5 DC Power Generation (IOT +24 VDC)

Description

Tray Module PWB Fuse F1, connected to Inverter Gate Solenoid, Inverter Release Solenoid, Take Away Clutch is open
CAUTIONChip fuses on the PWBs seldom fail because of an internal problem. The cause is almost always a short circuit in the wiring or components fed by the fuse. You MUST determine the source of the short before replacing the PWB.

Procedure

CAUTIONYou may have to Power Off and then Power On the DFE prior to Powering Off/On the IOT and Accessories. The Accessories have their own power cord. Whenever a procedure states to Power Off and then Power On, POPO, etc., powering Off and then powering On the IOT does NOT Power Off the Accessory. The Accessory will have to be Powered Off and then On separately from the IOT by unplugging the Accessory power cord.

Power Off/On. Enter UI Diagnostics Component Control [41-208 MD TM F1 Fuse Status = High].
• Go to Inverter Gate Solenoid, Inverter Release Solenoid Wirenets ( +24VDC-2 of 8 Wirenet). Check Inverter Gate Solenoid, Inverter Release Solenoid and 24V line for short-circuit.
• Replace the part where short-circuit occurs.
• Replace Inverter Gate Solenoid ( PL 10.5), Inverter Release Solenoid ( PL 10.5).
• Replace the Tray Module PWB ( PL 11.3)
