    Xerox M24 issue

    My company bought Xerox M24's and I have one down and we have no repair accessibilityavailable. We are trained and authorized to work on Xerox because we are a contractor at an Air Force base,but our Xerox bus software won't bring down any repair manuals for the M24 and Xerox isn't supplying any live support for this model any more.
    I did get all the way to the tech support line in Rochester, NY by selecting the 7132 model in the phone defaults and then sprung the surprise of the actual model on them at the last second. I did have a 009-383 ATC Sensor failure-K which needed developer, I did put developer in it, but now I am getting a black drum CRU failure.
    The wiring looks good, have I failed to seat the developer back in right? What should I pursue now? Oh yes, and I have never been trained on this model, but I do have some experience with the 7750

    M24 is same machine as DC1632-2240-3535-WCP32-40.

    Almost same as phaser 7700-7750-7760.

    Which fault code you have?

      The problem is a 009-383 error. Now I have to reset the value to 0 to clear the fault what is the Quick ID number in adjustments?
