That is error code for cyan drum motor
Check cyan drum motor from diagnostic mode.
Replace cyan drum

If you think its a cyan drum or motor problem switch it with the magenta drum or motor if the fault code changes then its the drum/motor if not its something else.
It could also be the front door switches change then they have been known to not engage even when the front door is closed cutting off the 24vdc.

thanks to all, i solved, i entered on service mode and failure was Y drum, the cleaning blade was stopping opc rotation, now its solved
