    Colorqube 9302

    I just bought 2 colorqube 9302 from an auction whitout hard drive and I want some help to locate where the hard drive should be so I can replace them . I looked everywhere and I am embarrassed to say I cannot find where the hard drive should be.

    The Colorcube was introduced in 2011 discontinued in 2015. You will have a hard time getting any support on these models as they were widely disliked.

    The Hard drives were likely removed as a data security precaution before they left the premises of the original customer.

    I hope you did not pay too much for them.

    Even if you were to find Hard drives for these copiers, what is you plan to reload any firmware that might that reside on those drives?

    Does the copier power up and work? Can you make a copy or print?

    Depending on where your closest Xerox service provider is, I would expect to pay at $165.00 per hour minimum to have a technician come on site.

      Yes it power up but it is stuck on initializing as their is no hard drive and firmware present

        Unscrew the thumb screws on the back and slide out the tray. The hard drive mounts to the bottom of it.
