Hello how are you all...

I have this fault all the days... I know you will let me know is the dc charges... I have change them 2 weeks ago and the started to have the same problems. I have change them from 3 to 4 and viceversa.

I have like 5 used and 1 new... I have mark the new one... To change it when one of the used one have the fault. The most curious thing is... When i have a problem i change it for 2 other ones and then the fault changes from 4113 to 4114 (ok normal)... Then i change it to the new one and the problem stops... But later i get again the problem i change them for another 2 used ones and the problem stops and the new one it is again in it plastick box...

I hope i have made my self clear.

Next week i will receive another new dc charge but the problem is they last me just a few weeks.. Is it normal?

try cleaning the connector at the rear of the cyan charging station and make sure the charge wires are secure
