    Fault 045-314 Xerox C75

    Hi there guys well
    we had an issue with printer whereby the plastic from the cover of the magenta developer unit cover wrapped around the drum
    Now it was printing before we realised what had happen (not perfect)
    Was able to switch out the drum
    but now I'm just getting the error 045-314
    like you send a job to print, the printer initialises but it's like the job is getting ready but nothing
    then this happens for about 6-8 mins and the fault comes up
    Some assistance please

    Did you replaced the magenta drum ?
    Be sure the xerographic drawer was closing properly.
    Why you dont buy service manual for the machine if you want to selfservice it ?

      Do have a service manual. And yes did replace the magenta drum.
      Even out the old one back in.
