C60 code 093-317

Been fighting this problem I just replaced the black dispense assembly and black dv assy with no luck .The machine will run about 100 prints before it codes out .Any suggestions ?

check the toner cartridge motor and toner cartridge

Check the developer cover that goes to developer tank. Sometimes the plastic on black got fold or broken.

If the toner is blocked, it blows F10 fuse on the iot Pwb and the toner motor sometimes burns its brushes. if this happens replace iot and motor... Check the seal on the inner cover( the toner falls through the inner cover to the dev tank) the seal between the dev tank and inner cover. Ive have factory fitted seals fitted of centre causing the toner to back up in the tube.. You can remove the seal and centre it , or order a new inner cover ( 802K65485 Inner cover assy...) Hope this helps you..
