[Misc] Printer offline when doing copies

    I need help
I have a Xerox Workcentre 7220 that is acting weird. I have xerox standard accounting active for copy service

When users use copy the machine stays offline. When that happens, i loose access via browser. It only solves by rebooting the machine.

    Steps i have done:

    - Reload software via altboot, with, desable_databackup and forced_updgrade
    - I made a clone only on address book and exported the xerox standard accounting to csv file. No clonning on that.

The problem looked to be solved but, it come back.

Any suggestions to solve this issue?

A little more info would be helpful.

You "Didn't" say what version of firmware you were using?

You also "Didn't" say if the firmware you used with the "Altboot" was same as original firmware?

Please also indicate what if any versions of firmware you have loaded via "Altboot" ?

Any differences in behavior between the different versions?

This issue was happening with de last 073 version and it remains on the first 075, version available in the 02/2020 security bulletin.

I reloaded the same 075 version that was in the machine.

      Version WorkCentre_7200-system-sw07503000002300
