This is the only machine of it's kind I've had to work on, so I don't know all of it's in & outs. Called for jamming, but when arrived it actually had solid pages printing in all colors. Transfer belt had all colors layered on it, but not the black. What looks like black in the sample is actually cyan. Seems like some kind of electrical problem, but not sure. The color drums may not be oem, they seemed hard to turn, and the customer doesn't remember anything about them. I also suspected maybe the waste auger system, vaccuumed that all out but no change.
Doing some other research, by description and sample someone had a similar problem. It was suggested a gear by the led may be damaged. That may be the case, but I would need it to be explained. Why if the led shutters aren't operating, wouldn't that make a blank page instead of solid ? How would a voltage board be tested ? I'm also trying to locate a manual.
Thank you for your consideration.
