Xerox 7835 always ask for toner

Customer xerox workcentre 7835 show replace toner message MAGENTA. We put a brand new toner from xerox dealer, but the problem is there. The pipe is normal, I have checked the gears, change the chip.

Shake the toner bottle.
Look for bad contact between chip and reader.
Chek the developer.
Chek the toner bottle motor using component control

Are you sure you are putting "Retail" (sold) toner and not metered toner?

Machine will keep asking for "toner" if the incorrect toner (Metered or Sold) is put in.

Check Config Sheet if available, to check what your machine is set for. If you can't print config sheet then
go in thru the browser interface and check that way.
