Xerox Versant 2100 doesn't print yellow and Magenta

I have Versant 2100 that doesn't print yellow and Magenta. Black and cyan prints fine. No error/ fault codes. Anybody know what's going on here?

please upload PDF examples of the problem.

are they using compatible toners?

IT DOES HAVE MAGENTA so there fore look at transfer items.. and dev unit

what are the page counts?

what life is left on drums/belt/dev units.

for a 'tech' i am getting tired of having to pull info from you.
