    Service plan finished

    Hi

    Usually when the service plan is expierd machine starts accept sold toners and no other action is required. Do you know what to do if after replacing toners (machine recognise sold toners now) the message about expired plan is still displayed. Any idea what can I do in this situation? Till now I never had a problem with this (I always replace toners to solve the issue but this time it does not work but cartridges are now recognised).

    Are the toners OEM brand?

      Yes they are oem. Previously also metered oem were used but when plan expired machine stoped accepting them so sold cartridges were installed and machiene recognised them but message about service plan has not gone.

        OK problem solved. Sollution was to obtain code from Xerox .
