I have a problem with Xerox 250 the machine does not recognise Magenta toner.
the Fiery server was just replaced, and the machine had been standing for 2 months. with out being used. the magenta that was in it was 50% full. took it out and tried 4 other brand new original toners and same error on screen. tried restarting a few times, and started up without the server, same problem. tried removing all other toners.. but just ends in the magenta error see attached images. Is there some sensor in the machine that might be broken? of so what is the name or item number. ?
if anyone has dealt with this problem would be great to get ideas on what to check... or replace.
